How much lobster oil should I use?

Can I cook with lobster oil?
Lobster oil is best used as a finishing oil. Drizzle it over dishes after cooking to preserve the delicate lobster flavor.
Does it taste fishy?
Not at all. It has a rich, buttery, sweet lobster taste without any fishy notes.
Will two bottles be enough?
Most customers use one bottle every 2-3 months. Two bottles give you 4-6 months of gourmet cooking, plus one to share or gift.
