We currently ship within Canada, the United States, and select international locations.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
We are not liable for delays after shipment.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify enables us to process orders, payments, and provide store functionality.
All purchases are made directly with Olive & Ciboulette. Shopify is not responsible for product quality, order fulfillment, or customer service.
You release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with us.
9. Feedback and Reviews
If you share feedback, ideas, or reviews, you grant us a non exclusive, royalty free, perpetual license to use that content for marketing, product improvement, or customer service purposes.
