Olive & Ciboulette (“we,” “us,” “our”) ships orders worldwide. But free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the United States and Canada, and only on 2 pack and 5 pack bundles.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (same or next day).
- We handle fulfillment in house, no third party warehouses.
- Once your order is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We use a combination of carriers to optimize cost and delivery: Stallion Express, Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and others.
Stallion integrates with Shopify and allows you to compare rates and print labels. Shopify App Store
All orders are shipped with full tracking, unless otherwise stated.

Free Shipping Eligibility
Free shipping is available only under these conditions:
- Destination must be within US or Canada.
- The order must be a 2 pack or 5 pack bundle (pre selected for free shipping).
- Free shipping does not apply to international orders or individual bottle purchases.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped to destinations outside Canada and the US, the recipient (you) is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by your country’s customs authority. We do not control these charges and cannot predict them.
Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages
- Check tracking status first, sometimes “delivered” notifications are early or system errors.
- If the carrier claims delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date, with your order number and tracking info.
- We will request “proof of delivery” (such as a delivery photo or scan by carrier) if available.
- Once the carrier confirms non-delivery or lack of proof, we will offer a replacement or refund, as per availability.
- No refunds are guaranteed before that verification process is complete.
This protocol is necessary to prevent fraudulent claims and protect both you and us.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives cracked, leaking, or broken, notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery with a photo of the damaged packaging and product.
We’ll review and issue a refund or gift card (your choice) following our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- You may request a cancellation before the order is processed. Once fulfillment begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
- For international orders, we may require you to pay additional shipping costs if changes increase shipping fees.
