Thank you for purchasing Olive & Ciboulette Lobster Oil. We take great care in producing and packaging our oils to arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Because our products are classified as food items, we cannot accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, we will issue refunds or replacements for damaged or defective bottles under the conditions below.


Damaged or Leaking Bottles

If your order arrives cracked, leaking, or broken, please email oliveciboulette@gmail.com within 2 days (48 hours)of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged product and packaging
  • Your order number

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer a gift card for the same amount.

We may ask you to safely dispose of the damaged bottle rather than return it. Shipping returns for food products is not required.

Any claims submitted after 2 days of delivery cannot be approved.


Normal Product Appearance

Our lobster oil is made using natural ingredients, and some variation is normal.

You may notice small white or cloudy particles or sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

This is a natural result of oil infusion and does not indicate spoilage or contamination.

Simply shake the bottle well before use.


Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of what you received.

We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement, refund, or gift card option.


Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase or, at your request, as a gift card for future orders.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or unsealed bottles (for health and safety reasons)
  • Products reported beyond the 2 day window
  • Gift cards

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
