7 oz organic greens (mesclun mix)
1 tsp chopped tarragon (or cilantro)
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2.50 tbsp lobster oil
4 oz baby shrimp
½ lemon (freshly squeezed lemon juice)

Put the mixed greens in a salad bowl, add salt and pepper and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

Add the lobster oil and mix with the freshly chopped tarragon.
