 1 French baguette
 2 tbsp butter, room temperature
 1 oz reshly grated parmesan cheese
 3 tbsp chopped parsley
 1 tbsp chopped fresh garlic
 1 tbsp Lobster oil

In a bowl combine the butter with the chopped garlic, parsley, parmesan cheese and lobster oil. Mix well with a spoon and add pepper.

Cut the baguette 2/3 length wise, spread the butter in the middle.

Wrap the baguette with aluminium foil and bake in the oven for 20 min at 350°F.

When ready, take the bread out of the oven, remove the aluminium foil and slice the bread into 8 pieces.
