Our Story

Created in Vancouver BC for “The Cannery” seafood restaurant that for years delighted diners with the freshest seafood dishes, Chef Frederic then developed the lobster oil now offered for sale in high-end culinary shops and restaurants in the Vancouver area.

Our lobster oil is produced from fresh Canadian lobsters from the unspoiled waters of the Atlantic, we do not add any preservatives in our oil hence the need to keep it refrigerated or frozen.
